Our research focuses on advancing three key cryogenic correlative light and electron microscopy technologies that will provide insight into physical and biological systems. These technologies include:
- Super-resolved Cryogenic Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy
- Biosensor Cryogenic Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy
- Single-molecule Spectroscopy Cryogenic Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy
Additionally, we are working on developing time-resolved plunge freezing techniques to capture dynamic events in a flash-freezing manner.
