I work between the Dahlberg lab and LCLS. I adapt microfluidic devices initially developed for time-resolved LCLS experiments to time-resolved freezing experiments. These time-resolved samples can then be analyzed by single-particle cryoEM methods, CryoET, MicroED, or even cryogenic fluorescence microscopy.
