Unni Kurumbail

Unni Kurumbail is a visiting student in the Co-ACCESS group. He is a PhD Candidate at the University of Wisconsin – Madison studying under Professor Ive Hermans. In his research he investigates catalysts for the oxidative and non-oxidative dehydrogenation of light alkanes to olefins. To do this he utilizes lab-scale reactors and spectroscopic characterization to study reaction kinetics over catalytic surfaces and understand mechanistic details
