Beginning Zentangle Art: Unlock a new pathway to relaxation and inner focus. The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Because the design evolves organically, it is impossible to make a mistake. Some have found that the Zentangle process can help promote a state of flow, calm anxious thoughts, and foster mindfulness.
In this 1-hour class BeWell Healthy Living for Teams event, you will be introduced to the practice of Zentangle art and learn two basic patterns that you will use to create a Zentangle tile. You will leave the session with your own unique design and the tools to access this creative mindfulness process anytime, anywhere.
Please join us online or in person with a blank sheet of paper, a fine-tip black marker or pen, and a pencil ready to use during class. For those who can join in person, snacks will be provided.
